FETC Career Center
The FETC Career Center/Employment Development Department (EDD) Office in Pasadena is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.  Appointments are highly recommended. We encourage persons seeking services to use the online resources described below.

Filing Online: If you have been laid off or had your hours reduced we encourage you to apply for Unemployment Insurance (UI) benefits with the EDD. You can apply online at the UI Online Website.

Filing Over the Phone: UI representatives are available at the following numbers from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm seven days a week:

Filing By Fax or Mail: You can access a printable copy of the UI Application Form Here. You can fill out the form online, or print the form and fill it out by hand. Fax the completed application to the fax number on the form or mail the completed application to the listed address.

The EDD is processing a historic number of claims, so patience with your UI claim is required.
