Job Search Services
Whatever your skill level, FWDB Job Seeker Service Unit provides tools and guidance to help put you in the job that fits you best. We’ll help you create an effective resume that will reflect your transferable skills, give you tools to network and interview – all of which will give you the competitive advantage you need to wow employers and land a job.
Our Business Services Unit has established strong connections with employers in our community – from small businesses to large companies. Many of them look to us to fill their hiring needs. After determining your next steps by examining labor market research and identifying your career goals, we can help you make valuable connections to employers who are seeking your skills.
Case Management Services are available for those eligible individuals who may require one-on-one assistance to find employment. These intensive services include working with an employment expert who can help you build your skills and strategies for a productive job search, including an analysis of skills and interests, resume assistance, and specialized workshops available only to those enrolled in intensive services.
To get started, attend a FWDB Orientation. See the calendar for Orientation dates and times. You can also call (626) 796-JOBS for more information or drop by our Center at 1207 E. Green Street, Pasadena, CA 91106.
